You can cancel or change your appointment at anytime by entering your email address and password. However, a charge will be applied if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Proofs will be delivered three weeks after your photo sitting.

Yes, our online proofs and our physical proofs are set at a lower resolution and are copyrighted. Actual prints are developed at the highest resolution and quality available. Your finished photos will be also adjusted for light and tone.
What is retouched when I order my package?

Retouching of facial blemishes can be selected on the checkout page. Additional retouching requests such as removal of moles, braces, piercings, scars, etc. can be also done on the checkout page.

You can order your photos at anytime, however prices and packages are subject to change without notice.

We do not accept orders over the phone. Please order through our online ordering system, or mail us in a physical order form.

No. Unfortunately, there is no manipulation on any of the packages.

Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of order placement for your order to be shipped out to you. Once your order is shipped the students email address on file will receive a shipping email with the tracking number for Canada Post.

Your digital download order will be emailed to you via WeTransfer 14-21 days after placing your order.

The bobblehead doll is mailed out to you approximately 6-8 weeks after placing your order. You will receive notification via a courier when your item is on its way to you.

Protective Measures to Keep Everyone Safe During Graduation Photography Sessions
We will be taking these COVID-19 precautions to ensure everyone's safety during each grad photo sessions:
- All those entering our studios will keep two metres/six feet distance from others
- All employees will clean hands often, using soap and water or an alcohol-based (70%) hand sanitizer
- All employees will stay home if sick
- Lassman Studios will clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces on a regular basis
- Employees will wear a face mask or covering during each session
- Lassman Studios will manage entrance, flow and capacity at all times

Safety Measures Taken During All Sessions to Protect You
This is what to expect during your session:
- If you are feeling any COVID-19 symptoms such as a cough, fever or difficulty breathing, please do not attend your session and contact us to rebook your appointment
- Please arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes before your session
- Upon arrival, please check in with our staff and await guidance on next steps
- When in our studio, we will ensure that you and those around you - including our photographers and staff members - remain at least two metres/six feet apart
- Only students with an appointment will be permitted in the studio (friends or family members will not be permitted at this time)
- Hand sanitizer will be present at all photography shoots
